The maintenance services portal allows the maintenance contractor to: submit a request, inquire about a previous request, and track the status of a request and other services, like:
o Request a regular maintenance
o This service aims at approving the contractor's work order (maintenance request) to start the work, after approving (the regular maintenance request) as referred to terms of the contract.
o Request table of quantities for regular maintenance
o This service aims to prepare and approve the table of quantities used in the maintenance's project for the contract concluded with the ministry.
o Receive a regular maintenance request
o This service aims at receiving the (regular maintenance) requests from the contractor in charge to the supervising authority according to the work order approved, and in line with the terms of the contract.
o Preventive maintenance request
o This service aims to inform contractors of the availability of a budget to start the work in preventive maintenance projects.
o Create a new item request
o This service aims at creating a new item on the contract between the ministry and the maintenance contractor.
